Miss Mindy's Disney Showcase Vinyls Announced!

At the beginning of last year, artist Miss Mindy partnered with The Walt Disney Company on a series of fantastic statues based on the latter's film productions and now it appears they are revisiting the idea as a series of vinyl figures! Properly known as "The World of Miss Mindy / Disney Showcase Vinyls", our teasers of the line include interpretations of what appears to be Jack Skellington (with mini Zero) & Sally from Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas, Mickey Mouse (with mini Pluto) & Minnie Mouse, Ariel from The Little Mermaid, Alice & Cheshire Cat (with mini Mome Rath) from Alice in Wonderland, Tinker Bell from Peter Pan, Stitch from Lilo & Stitch, and Jessica Rabbit (with mini Roger Rabbit) from Who Framed Roger Rabbit, though there are other contributions to the series that have yet to be revealed. Debuting in the Fall of 2018, the pieces are currently undergoing final tweaks before final production begins. And, if you happen to live near Disneyland, then Miss Mindy herself will be the artist in residence at the Downtown Disney district's Wonderground Gallery in October to coincide with the release of this stunning looking series.
