REVEALED: Huck Gee's "Two Bits Janky" from Superplastic!

Early in 2017, Huck Gee released what is probably one of his most ambitious projects to date, an extremely limited edition piece titled "Flynn Skitch and the Batsby Balderdash GT250 #27". And if you think that driver in the set, "Flynn Skitch", bares a striking resemblance to Gee's pictured rendition of Superplastic's forthcoming "Janky" form then we'd say you were right. Continuing his "Dapper Little Scoundrels" concept, this "Two Bits Janky" creation is Gee's contribution to the upcoming "Janky, Series 1" from Kidrobot founder Paul Budnitz's new company, and it includes many iconic elements from the artist, like the perched red bird. With the May 15th, 2018 official launch date of the line rapidly approaching, we know many collectors will have this work topping their list of desired pieces, which is saying a lot considering how sensational all the reveals so far have been.
