Brutherford Industries x Kean University - the OTTO to debut at Five Points!!!

Five Points Festival is excited to announce an amazing partnership, working with the next generation to further their education. Students of the industrial design program, under Professor Ryan Rutherford at Kean University, have been working hard to create a marketable, well designed character, to produce and sell in a real-world experience model. The character they created, titled OTTO, was then sculpted in clay and molded in silicone... and Five Points Festival is excited to have partnered with the program to provide exhibition space for the students to create and sell their goods LIVE!

Ryan Rutherford, with over fifteen years of industry experience, and the creator of more than 85 patents, is responsible for one of the best selling dog toys of all time; Cuz! He is also the recipient of the 2012 Designer Toy Award for Best Self Produced designer toy, the incredibly popular Ice Scream Man. Guests to Five Points Festival will be able to experience the process - from the spark of an idea to buyer ready product. Pieces will be made to order using Brutherford Industries roto-casting technology and packaged right before your eyes - this will be a great experience, so if you plan on attending Five Points, be sure to pick one of these up!
