VIDEO REVIEW: Shimomoku's Kinokeshi: Kubita & Kaba!

While wandering the aisles of this year's DesignerCon, I came across a set that took my breath away. A strange meeting of surreal and fairy tale aesthetics, I snatched up the pieces without knowing much about them. And, as it turns out, they are "Kubita & Kaba", the newest additions to Japanese toy maker Shimomoku's "Kinokeshi" series! As information about him has always been a bit scarce, I decided to delve deep into his history and share all the information I could uncover while also reviewing these stunning new works by him.
