Nathan Jurevicius × Målerås's Exclusive Glass Owl Available Now!

Contradictory to the reports from some, the above-pictured glass owl sculptures designed by Nathan Jurevicius are not the previously announced versions from the Swedish retail giant, IKEA. In fact, according to Jurevicius, this is a "totally different design and colour" than the IKEA rendition that will be released in April 2018. Though made of hand-blown glass in Sweden by Målerås Glass, who is also handling the IKEA sculptures, this rendition of Jurevicius's "Night Rider" owls appears to be a bit wider overall with more pronounced facial details and a fluid feeling bottom. Standing roughly 5-inches (12½cm) tall, these are limited to only 30 pieces worldwide and are available directly from Jurevicius now for $110 (plus shipping) apiece.
