The
MAIN STREET ARTS Gallery will be opening their latest exhibition, "SACRED CURIOSITIES", this upcoming Saturday afternoon, featuring works by thirteen artists exploring the meaning we assign to things through sculpture, painting, and drawing. And one of these invited thirteen artists is one of our favorites, Bob Conge of
Plaseebo. Conge's contributions will be the below-pictured mixed media assemblages, a selection of found objects places inside hand-crafted wood cases. Blurring the line between curiosity cabinets and shrines, these stellar pieces can be viewing in-person at the gallery's physical location (20 W. Main Street, Clifton Springs, NY 14432) starting on Saturday, October 21st from 4–7 pm Eastern time, with all works in this exhibition remaining on display through Friday, November 17th, 2017.
