6·Forest's "Stranded Star Crew: Burbag" by Rultron!

In the not-too-distant future, years will no longer be reckoned by relationship to the birth of Jesus Christ, or AD, having been supplanted by another: After Trump, or AT. Or, at least, this is what will occur according to Spanish artist Rultrón, as detailed in his new sci-fi line "Stranded Star Crew" from the newly formed 6·Forest collective. Continuing the narrative he's created, the year is 2606 AT, and the Harvester 32, a garbage clean-up spaceship from the STARtrash corporation, has been stranded in a black hole. One of its crew, the pictured "Burbag", "has been unemployed for a very long time and has no experience regarding interplanetary ships", though he's somehow become the Harvester 32's engineer. Depicting this lost soul, or "Stranded Star Crew" member, the nearly 7-inch tall (17½cm) polyurethane resin sculpture has been hand-painted and released in an edition of only 50 copies. Coming in specially designed packaging, each with a numbered certificate of authenticity that's signed by the artist, I can't help but feel like this character's style is something I've seen before… And that's most probably true, as we're told that the artist behind the Rultron alias is quite well-known, most having "probably played in a video game where he has collaborated or seen a movie where his artistic stamp is present". With "Burbag" being the first of at least five characters in this emerging world, you can jump aboard this fantastic ride right now by buying the piece from 6·Forest's online shop for 220€ (approx. $258) apiece.
