Mariangela Tan's "Bloom" exhibition recap!

Mariangela Tan, who is also known as plushPLAY, was given the opportunity to spread her artistic wings recently, with the Clutter Magazine Gallery granting her center stage for a solo exhibition. The resulting series of works is titled Bloom and sees Tan revisit one of her earliest designs: 2010's Sextopus. Displayed in both resin cast and needle felted wool versions, this strange sea creature is complimented by several delicately formed crepe paper flowers, each with a surreal underwater twist.
