T9G's "Alex" the Robotic Rat Returns from InstincToy!

Though conceived by T9G's Takuji Hondo in 2004, the "Alex" design wasn't unveiled until the following year at the artist's first solo exhibition, T9G∕MUSEUM, at FEWMANY in Shinjuku. A robotic rat creature, "Alex" sustains himself with a mysterious "red fuel", which can be seen on this new soft vinyl toy produced by InstincToy in the form of the liquid filled tank strapped to its back. With the pictured prototype being displayed for the public at the brand's Wonder Festival 2017 (Summer) booth, which will be held at Makuhari Messe on July 30th, 2017, we understand that the first released version is anticipated to be available in December!
