Scott Tolleson's DEADBEET has a Dad Bod?!?!

Wait a second... what is going on here?!?! It looks like Scott Tolleson's Deadbeet figure has grown into his root really good and is embracing his Dad Bod... hahaha. Revealed today, Scott shows off his latest sculpt for what will soon be a brand new self produced sofubi figure... the "Dad Bod Deadbeet"! Standing about 7.5" tall, the same height as his last Deadbeet release - which happened back in 2012, this new version show what happens when the undead are nourished with nothing but junk food! Sculpted by George Gaspar, who sculpted the first release as well, he really captured the mature growth of this figure... we love it - and as you can see from the sketch (to the left) that Scott provided George, the likeness is spot on! Scott mentions that he's currently awaiting a sample pull from Japan... so we might just see a small release at SDCC this year?!?! We will keep you posted when more details come up!
