2016 was an arduous "art toy" road for Chinese artist Han Ning. After introducing his first design, "Space Boy", that year, he followed it up by focusing on the character's canine companion, "Space Dog". "Space Dog" had such demand expressed for it, though, that Ning spent months figuring out a way to have them made — handmade, actually! — in a factory to satisfy the hordes desiring them.
