BanaNa ViruS's "LOIC" Returns as… "Relic Concrete Bears"!

Earlier this year, FLABSLAB celebrated BanaNa ViruS's decade long art toy career with the "Decade-Dent" exhibition. As part of the showcase, the artist's iconic "LOIC" bear figure was cast in concrete by Concreate Goods, creating the pictured "Relic Concrete Bears" in various states of wear and disassembly. Each of these one-of-a-kind pieces were true to the term relic, appearing like some long lost statuary uncovered in an Amazonian jungle excavation. Mounted on wooden blocks that have been painted to look like concrete themselves, the average height of the shorter ones — #1, 4, 5 & 6 — are 5-inches while the taller two are roughly 6½-inches tall. Available now from FLABSLAB's online shop, these are $120 apiece and available first come, first served.
