Is that Peter Porker? Alex Solis's "Chunky Spider-man" Resin Figure Coming Soon!

The parody-laden art of Alex Solis continues to thrill us, his "Famous Chunies" art toy line reinterpreting pop culture characters as overweight renditions. Continuing this direction, Solis introduces us to his newest creation: "Chunky Spider-man!" And while Peter Porker might be the alterego of Spider-ham in the comics, I like to think that's the name of the guy under this tight fitting costume. A 7-inch tall work, theoretically made out of resin like the others in this series, the "Chunky Spider-man" will debut at this weekend's Shanghai Comic Con (SHCC) and will return mid-month for DesignerCon, before being available on November 25th, 2016 in the oddworx.com online shop. We're told that the price is still being finalized, but it should be $100 apiece for these gorgeous painted pieces.
