Yuu Katagiri’s strange action figure company Star Case brings back their 6-inch tall "Gulmeyer" release, this time casting the blocky rendition of Darth Vader from Star Wars in the above pictured "Smoke Black Version!" Produced in soft Japanese vinyl (sofubi), I love how this company's pieces take the aesthetic of bootlegged production pieces and re-filter it through an outsider artist's perspective; intentional or not, these are works of art.
