Patrick Wong's "Sleep" Labbit for P!Q x Kidrobot 'Confection Affection' show at NYCC!!!

Canadian artist and illustrator Patrick Wong reveals his contribution to the upcoming "Confection Affection" custom labbit show by P!Q x Kidrobot titled "Sleep" debuting at this year's NYCC. For the show's theme of all things sweet, Patrick Wong takes up the ubiquitous PEZ candy dispenser and mixes in the iconic alien character from the cult classic film 'They Live'. The PEZ wordmark is appropriated to write "Sleep" and this refers to one of the many hidden slogans found in the movie. "Sleep" features a 5" Kidrobot Labbit and measures 11.5" tall complete with two extra candy packages. The "Confection Affection" Custom Labbit show will be displayed at P!Q's New York Comic Con Booth 614 Oct. 6-9th. Remaining pieces will be available via www.piqgifts.com and their retail location at Grand Central Terminal in New York City.
