Konatsu Invades New York with her Negora, Daioh Negora, Shibara & Mamera figures!

Konatsu is invading New York, bringing her Negora, Daioh Negora, Shibara & Mamera figures with her! The Japanese artist will be the subject of a solo exhibition at myplasticheart, featuring not only original 2D paintings but also hand-painted designer toys, limited edition art toy editions, and a variety of Konatsu branded accessories to fill out your collection. What's more is that Konatsu herself will be present for the opening reception on September 16th, 2016, even doing a live painting session from 8-9pm. While she'll be available for signings that night, anyone interested in a sketch will have to visit the location on Saturday, September 17th from 2pm until 5pm, when she'll do original sketches for the first 20 people to purchase $30 or more.

Konatsuya Exhibition opens Friday, September 16th with a reception from 7-10pm local time and runs through October 16th, 2016 at myplasticheart, 210 Forsyth St., New York, NY 10002.
