Why is there a Kidrobot Munny in the middle of The Shed?!?

In Manhattan's Hudson Yards there is a new and very ambitious cultural center under construction: a modular, mechanized, telescoping, and futuristic art venue named simply The Shed. Designed by Diller Scofidio + Renfro and Rockwell Group, this space will be completely adaptable from a performance space that can seat 1,250 people to a exhibition area for 3,000 standing. The video below is a conceptualization of how the final building will work when completed in 2019, but I can't help but ask… Why is there a massive Munny in the middle of the video? Yes, as the above still shows, there's a rendering of what would be a roughly 100-foot-tall inflatable Kidrobot "Munny" figure in the showroom. Most likely the result of the animator being a designer toy fan, it's always fun to ponder other possibilities…
