Pop surrealist artist couple
Mark Ryden and
Marion Peck are moving into "much more modern" new house together after spending 11 years in their Eagle Rock home. Before disassembling their collection — "we will bring all of our treasures [to our new home]," Ryden states, "but everything will come together in a new way" — they invited
Curbed LA to document the look of their Eagle Rock residence. According to Curbed's article, their current place is "filled with a truly astonishing array of collectibles, trinkets, sculptures, works of art, and curious artifacts," and the beautiful pictures they took proves it. Not only a brilliant photographic documentation of two very influential artist's home and studio space but also an excellently written insight into the duo's collecting habits.
