SPOTTED: Lauren YS × Mighty Jaxx’s “Girl in the Skull” Test Shot!

We very excited to see production on artist Lauren YS's currently untitled art sculpture, which we've dubbed "Girl in the Skull," to continue forth from Mighty Jaxx. Pictured above is a test pull of the piece in a translucent color, which we understand might end up being a Singapore Toys, Games, and Comics Con exclusive release this year! Yes, we're sad if indeed the debut is a convention exclusive, but at least we can expect a more general release shortly thereafter (fingers crossed). As we'd previously remarked, the alteration of the dynamically bent legs into more straight-forward versions as well as the lack of the strange antenna seen in the original illustration are a bit of a disappointment, but the overall aesthetic of this work remains fantastic. And that third-eye addition is a nice new touch!
