Mexican artist Jorge Fortiz Mendieta, also known as Rotten Studio, offers forth his newest sofvi offering: "Sirenito." For those Spanish speaking readers out there, you will probably immediately recognize this as a non-standard masculine version… "Sirenita," or Little Mermaid, doesn't normally have a masculine form, but it does in Mendieta's kaiju-laden world! More Fiji mermaid than Disney's Ariel inspired, this 5⅘-inch tall monster has 8 points of articulation (neck, arms, forearms, legs, and tail) and is available now for pre-order, with the finished vinyl copies being delivered in approximately one month.
