For the upcoming '
The Blank' show being hosted at
Clutter Gallery this coming Saturday, July 9th and set to feature customs on Huck Gee's 'The Blank' resin figure, we just got a preview of the amazing custom that Ricardo Soto aka
RxSeven submitted to the show... WOW! It's titled "
Muryokuna" which translates to "helpless-ness" in Japanese. Featuring an entirely sculpted on body, this twin tailed fox has been pierced by an arrow, some serious symbolism here as RX mentions "
This piece is the last piece I will make here in my home of Texas as I'm in a transition of where the outcome may result in me moving cross country. I decided to make this piece a reflection of my current state, with some symbolic imagery to go along with it." Honestly, at first glance, we had no idea there was a Skullhead blank under all that sculpting, but after really looking, you can see the figure really show through! Stellar work as always, and this show is going to be awesome... so if you are in the general vicinity of Clutter, be sure to head on out this weekend!
