Mark Nagata, owner and lead artist at
Max Toy Company, is easily one of the top painters in the whole sofubi scene, right up there with Paulkaiju and Mutant Vinyl Hardcore's Rich Montanari in my mind. So, every year, it's fantastic to see what one-off, hand-painted goodness he has made especially for San Diego Comic-Con and this year does not disappoint. Pictured above, we have an "Eyezon" (with guts) that will be available for $435, one of the newer style "Kaiju Eyezon" figures for $350, a glow-in-the-dark "Saikobi" for $375, and, finally, a mini "Kaiju Tripus" that will be available for $135. These are all one-of-a-kind, first come, first serve releases available exclusively from
Rotofugi's SDCC Booth #5248, so get their quick and break that wallet out!
