Otto Björnik’s “Bai Chu” resin sculptures return, as
we previously announced, in the pictured green (with orange accents) “Li-Fu” edition. These 5½-inch tall, hand-painted depictions of a
jiangshi, or Chinese hopping vampire, have been a perenial favorite for us — seriously,
check out our video review of them! — and this eye-popping version will be exclusively available from
Stranger Factory. Dedicated to the mighty power of nature, this version of the tiny vampire might be able to commune with nature spirits but he can still be stopped in his tracks by attaching his magnetically held restraining talisman.
Available on Friday, May 20th, 2016 at 12 noon Pacific time, these pieces will be sold on a "first come, first served" basis at
circusposterus.com for $150 each. Limited to 35 copies in this edition, there is also a 1-in-7 "Gold Variant" (pictured below on the left) that will be randomly shipped to buyers!
