ComplexCon enlists Pharrell & Takashi Murakami to ensure it debuts with a BANG!

If the typical music festival and convention is something you want to love but somehow always falls short, then perhaps Complex has the solution for you… This year the brand is introducing ComplexCon, a massive "festival and exhibition conceived to bring together pop culture, art, food, style, sports, music, and more." Of course, it's one thing to announce an event like this and another to successfully pull it off; having partnered with ReedPOP, the organizers behind New York Comic-Con and C2E2, they seem posed to do it. Oh, and did I mention that the event's Cultural Director and Host Committee Chair is Pharrell? And the festival's visual identity and overall aesthetic is being provided by Takashi Murakami? Oh yes, everything seems inline for success! Taking place on November 5th & 6th, 2016 in Long Beach, California, each day at the festival will be built around shopping and food while nighttime events will exclusively feature music and live performances.
