“Gary Ham Creates 30-Foot version of Autumn Stag using California Redwood”

In collaboration with Pobber Toys, artist Gary Ham has taken his uber popular wooden 'Autumn Stag' figure/display and upsized it... BIG time... a whopping 30-Feet tall! Above, you can see a WIP of this massive sculpture that Gary has used a California Redwood to create. Environmentalists are in an uproar because of how Gary obtained such a massive tree - seeing as they are illegal to cut down - but regardless of how it was procured, this is a massive undertaking, and we are really excited to see it completed! According to Gary, the swings will be functional, and the first level (the Stag's back) will be accessible by a set of stairs. This will be on display at the 'Redwood Crest' station right outside of Scotia on Highway 101.
