In a stunning turn of events, Bruce Whistlecraft aka
Doktor A. announced today that he was tired of the constant questions as to what the "A" meant in his artist name. We were dead set the "A" stood for 'Alchemy' or 'Astronomy', but come to find out... the "A" is actually the initial for his middle name, which is "Archimedes"! Dok mentions that his middle name was given to him as a nod to the Ancient Greek mathematician, physicist, engineer, inventor, and astronomer. Although few details of his life are known, he is regarded as one of the leading scientists in classical antiquity... very fitting, seeing as the creations that the good Doktor makes are perfect for this name! Thanks for sharing, Dok!
Please Note: Happy April Fool's Day! The above post is a joke and in no way reflects — to the best of our knowledge — anything that is actually occurring.
