Hello from Spanky's newest writer!

Hello friends!! You all may know me as misterbear04, or that crazy heycavey collector, or uamou obsessed. Or you may just know me as Kat! I'm very excited that I have an opportunity to start writing for Spanky! I like to write about cutesy things, eclectic and interesting shows, or even just talk about my favorite galleries. I believe in supporting local art, and it makes me happy when there are new artists on the scene, or galleries with shows that have a strong support base. For me, my local gallery is Woot Bear, so I hope to run into you there! Or if you're not in my area, I'll see you at SDCC in July, or DesignerCon in November. Last year I had a blast at DCon with BrokePiggy, and 2016 started off with a wonderful Android release from Andrew Bell that I had the opportunity to crowdsource and produce. Who knows what this year will hold and I hope we find out together!
