Skull Toys × 2000AD × Unbox Industries's "The Visible Man" vinyl figure pre-order!

Fans of the classic 2000AD character Frank Hart, the so-called “Visible Man,” will have been dying to learn more about Unbox Industries’s officially licensed artist line based on the character… and now it's coming! Standing almost a full foot tall, this debut version was designed by Takeuchi Yu of SKULL TOYS who reinterpreted the piece as a ghoulish figure that's reminiscent of those late '70s horror toys you may remember. Each figure has been carefully hand-cast in soft vinyl and painted using techniques similar to those of vintage toys, though the aesthetic is surely one of the modern designer toy. And remember, Frank is essentially a toy within a toy, his X-ray skin exterior being a soft, pliable material that resides over the harder interior vinyl figure. Due the difficulty to make these, the figures are far more limited than originally anticipated with an appropriately high retail price. Available to pre-order on February 6th, 2016 at 3:30pm Pacific time, these pieces will cost $225 apiece from the Unbox online store and are expected to ship by the end of the month.
