Melodreama’s “Silver Lining” Custom Ommy for DCon!

Melody Llewellyn, best known under the moniker Melodreama, reveals one of her pieces for the forthcoming Designer Con, a customized version of Foom Toys’s “Ommy” figure that she’s titled “Silver Lining.” Her trademark mech-cannon arms contrast nicely, per usual, against otherwise adorable design sensibility, with retro video game inspired rain droplet figures sliding down a rainbow issuing forth from her creation’s mouth. And I suspect it is not coincidence that her “Ommy” has been given a crater covered, moon-like texture to it. Wonderfully executed, this hand-modified work of art will surely draw a crowd at the convention with its cuteness shining through!
