Brandt Peters × Kathie Olivas’s “Calliope” Stop Motion Film Kickstarter!

After 15 years in development, and 2 years of serious focus, the previously announced animated stop motion short film, Calliope, has launched on Kickstarter! Created by Circus Posterus masterminds Brandt Peters and Kathie Olivas, the goal of this Kickstarter project is to raise enough capital to help produce and finance Calliope as an 8-10 minute (feature production quality) stop-frame short film and to produce it within 15 months. Filled with many great rewards and incentives — my favorite being the Calliope Graphic Novel that will explore the characters of Calliope Jackalope, Stingy Jack & The Brides, Slap-Happy!, and more — are all available now through the dynamic duo’s Kickstarter campaign!
