TRU:TEK’s Gory Hole presents… “Warui Zonbi: Zombie Baby!”

The infamous baby character from Peter Jackson’s early cult classic Dead Alive (aka Braindead) is surely recognizable to some, but you've never seen the wee one quite like this… Inspired by the cinematic scene pictured above, TRU:TEK’s second Gory Hole release in the previously announced “Warui Zonbi” series is “Zombie Baby” (pictured below)! Inspired by the ゾンビーズ series from 1987, better known to fans as the Ma-Ba Zombies (named thusly as it was a collaborative release between Mattel and Bandai), the little guy has been re-imagined by TRU:TEK and Radioactive Uppercut’s John Santagada to closely resemble the “split torso” Ma-Ba aesthetic, coming sculpted by Makino-san of TTToy. Standing roughly 2½-inches tall, this line of soft vinyl figure is set to debut at this year’s Designer Con, which I'm sure we'll be able to show a proper production tease for before the event!
