One of the most memorable scenes for me in
The Exorcist isn't the pea soup vomiting or the little girl cursing, it's actually the prologue: the archeological dig in modern-day Iraq which unearths an innocent looking Mesopotamian sculpture… one that houses the demonic force that is the catalyst for the rest of the film. San Francisco Bay Area artist Colin Hoffman, who uses the
nom de guerre The Big C, captures a similar aesthetic to that archeological find with his first production piece: “Baby Fatts," a sculpture of "the World's First Dragon." Standing 3½-inch tall. 3-inch wide, and 3-inch thick fabricated sculpture will debut in the pictured stone color/texture, titled the “Stone Idol” edition. Limited to 10 pieces worldwide, four available from the
Tenacious Toys NYCC booth #208 and six from the Hit Squad DCon booth, these will cost a mere $60 apiece and surely not last too long.
