Canadian artist
Patrick Wong was asked, as part of
The Clutter Gallery’s
Reinvention exhibition, to reimagine one toy as another… and that’s exactly what Wong did. Beginning with a Ron English designed ”Cap’n Cornstarch” vinyl figure, through sculpting and painting this piece was transformed to resemble Usugrow’s “Rebel Ink.” Titled “Rebel Crunch,” this immaculately made work even comes with five resin cereal box accessories — with another five being available separately we’re told. For those that want the first chance to buy this fantastic piece — as well as all the other pieces in this show — join
The Clutter Gallery Preview List.
Reinvention is a custom group exhibition that will open on August 8th with a reception from 6-9 pm local time and be on display until September 4th, 2015 at
