Now with more plant growing action! Super7’s “MOTU: Chia Pet Moss Man” Figurines!

Mixing two '80s standards together, the “Chia Pet Moss Man” recreates the foresty friend from Masters of the Universe as an American-styled terra cotta figurine, the famed aesthetic of Chia Pets. And, if you're not familiar, basically you apply moistened seeds of chia (aka Salvia hispanica) to the grooved figure and within a couple of weeks the chia will sprout, made to loosely resemble an animal's fur or hair. Or, in this case, to rather accurately depict Moss Man's moss! But you won't be able to score these beauties if you just attend San Diego Comic-Con, as you will have to venture out to the previously announced “Skeletor’s Lair” pop-up at Super7’s San Diego store (701 8th Avenue, Corner of 8th & G), which these versions will be exclusively available at for $29.99.
