While we haven’t seen much from Igor Ventura lately, the artist’s hiatus has been anything but unproductive. Continuing his exploration of transforming the traditional 3-inch Dunny form into a resemblance of a rocking horse, this nostalgia laden work is entitled “The Death of Innocence,” the pictured version being the “Redwood Edition” specifically. Masterfully crafted, the skeletal elements in the classic design speak volumes towards the title’s ominous intent.
