Unbox Industries's "La Planète sauvage: Draag — Tiva" Vinyl Figure Coming This Summer!

People flipped when we announced that Unbox Industries have officially licensed from Argos Films the rights to produce a toy from La Planète sauvage (Fantastic Planet), the cult classic animated film by René Laloux, Roland Topor, and Jiří Trnka Studio. Pictured are the paint sample that has been approved for production, with the depicted gigantic humanoid — or Draag — being confirmed as the 'main' character of Tiva. Set to be released in June of 2015, these will be available from Unbox Industries themselves as well as Superman Toys HK & Medicom Toy. With an expected retail price of $60 apiece, we're told that "everyone who wants one, will [be able to] get one."
