Quiccs unveils his "TEQMON" — "Manila Bay Kaiju" — resin monsters!

Are you prepared for the "Battle of Manila Bay?" For The Clutter Gallery's Skullbrainer exhibition, organized with Super7 and dedicated to showing off the work of Skullbrain forum members, we have the pictured contribution by the Philippines-based artist Quiccs. The outrageously talented creator, sculptor, and painter invented a new beast— "TEQMON," the "Manila Bay Kaiju!" This creature character — the "Destroyer of Seamen, Protector of Pirates!" — are hand-cast resin works by the artist himself, and they will be released in the pre-OG exclusive "Hot Pink" colorway (pictured above) at the exhibition, as well as the artist's prototype (#00) of the OG "'Manila Bay Oil Spill' Black" colorway (pictured below)! Each coming bagged with a header card by Dustin Chua, there are only five of the hot pink versions and, of course, the prototype is unique! Unlike most shows at The Clutter Gallery, this exhibit will be available for sale to attendees first, with remaining works being offered to the Clutter Gallery Preview List and then the general public… Though these $40 to $60 apiece works will be released, in the OG Black edition, around May to July 2015 through the Hidden Fortress website.


Skullbrainer is a kaiju and other strangeness art exhibition at the Clutter Gallery. The opening reception will be free to the public and take place on March 14th from PM local time, with the works remaining on display until April 3rd, 2015 at The Clutter Gallery, 163 Main St., Beacon, NY 12508.
