Mr. The Sanders's "Vintage Clockwork Ninja Turtles" custom Trexi figures!

With a twirl of his dapper mustache, Mr. The Sanders conceived of these wondrous "Vintage Clockwork Ninja Turtles" — custom vinyl figures modified and hand-painted to resemble everyone's favorite 'heroes on a half-shell' with a steampunk-esque twist. Carefully built upon the 3-inch tall Trexi platform using polymer clay, found objects, and a metallic surface treatment, these "ancient robotic turtles" have intricately constructed shells out of various gears and other mechanical tidbits. These truly stunning works are part of the "Unmasked: Secret Identities and Hidden Desires" exhibition, though the one-of-a-kind set of four figures for $300 went rather quickly. Those interested in commissioning Mr. The Sanders to create something for them should contact him through his Facebook or Instagram, as we understand his commission list currently has openings.
