Notorious UK street artist
Banksy is — quite possibly — at it again, having decorated the side of a house in Cheltenham, England with the above pictured street art piece. Depicting three shadowy figures spying on all conversations from a rundown phone box, this appears to be a Banksy (though unconfirmed) as well as a commentary on England's Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ), a signals intelligence agency based in Cheltenham. Spotted on
Rogboy's Twitter feed (
HERE), it's a lovely piece of subversive street art.
