With a name like Rocco the Great, you expect him to be a magician and not an artist… and maybe, to some degree, he is; for he uncovered a way to make the idea of a vinyl figurine with a spray cap head fresh again. By mingling several common tropes of the art scene together, he's created a wholly unique Designer Toy piece entitled "FatCapJoe."
