Mondo's poster prints for Disney's "Frozen," O'Russell's "American Hustle" & Kurosawa's "The Hidden Fortress!"

Today marks the home video release of three very different but all very exciting films: winner of the 2013 Best Animated Feature Academy Award Frozen from Disney, David O'Russell's critically acclaimed American Hustle, and the Criterion Collection's reissuing of the classic film The Hidden Fortress by Akira Kurosawa on Blu-Ray for the first time! To celebrate this stunning diversity, screen print poster powerhouse Mondo is doing them all today! Above left is Tom Whalen's lush 24"×36" screen print for Disney's Frozen feature film, limited to an edition of 440 hand-numbered copies for $50 apiece. Then, pictured above right, we have Matt Taylor's graphically striking rendition of American Hustle, produced as 18"×24" screen prints in an edition of 325 hand-numbered copies for $45 apiece. And, using the same artwork as the Criterion release, Akira Kurosawa's Hidden Fortress — below — is an illustrated iconic image by Vania Zouravliov, available in two 18"×24" screen prints that are both limited to edition of 165 hand-numbered copies for $45 apiece: the English language poster or the original Japanese text. Bearing in mind that most Mondo prints sell out within minutes, the only way you'll have a chance to snag one of these will be by following Mondo's Twitter feed, as that is where they will announce when the piece is available in their web shop today (March 18th, 2014)!
