If you were unfortunately unable to snag a copy of the previously revealed, collaborative "X-Ray Altar Beast" figure, then at least you can grab Scott Wilkowski's "Inner Beast," the 4-inch tall (with base) resin cast skeletal system for "Altar Beast." Made in a radiant red resin, this limited edition item also comes with the below pictured 12½" × 19" print, each hand pulled by Monster Worship on Off-White Butcher Paper in Black Ink.
