"Quiet please, I am analyzing." Howie Green's "Robby the Robot" hand-painted toy sculpture!

The rather blocky form of "Robby the Robot" is pretty iconic at this point; while the character might've debuted in the film Forbidden Planet, the robot would go on to experience fame in guest appearances on TV shows like The Addams Family and Mork & Mindy. So when Howie Green was commissioned to hand-paint his intricate linework and psychedelic colors on a 14-inch tall toy version of the classic design, how could he say no?!? The colorful completed piece, pictured herein, shows the breadth and carefulness of Green's one-of-a-kind custom work brilliantly.
