It's been a while since
Haus of Boz revealed one of her beautiful "Ghost of the Narwhal" resin figures, so it's thrilling that she's announced a new "Winter" wave of releases, even if it only contains two unique pieces: "Tōketsu" (凍結, Frozen) and "Yuki" (雪, Snow), pictured above and below respectively.
In the most secluded frozen depths of the tides, concealed in the swirling, winter water, rest the bones of the narwhals, bare, and silent in the sand, yet their defiant souls remain.
Refusing to abandon the site of their greatest victories, the Ghosts of the Narwhals, haunt the wrecks of sunken whaling boats among the icebergs, like relics.
Through the gloaming, they rise from the spectral realms to protect their timeworn bones from those that would disturb their eternal peace beneath the freezing waves.
Each painted with a base of pearlescent acrylics and decorated with snowflake patterning, they are finished with matte and gloss varnishes before being signed on the base. Both one-of-a-kind pieces will be available on Thursday, December 12th, 2013 at 12 Noon Pacific time in
Haus of Boz's online shop for £69.99 (approx. $114.50).
