A while back we announced that it looked like Andrew Bell's redesign of Ferg's "Misfortune Cat" figure — originally created as a custom for 2010's Reconstructing Misfortune show — was going into production, and now it has been officially announced! Standing roughly 5-inches tall, this vinyl and ABS plastic "Mahākāla Misfortune Cat" will be available today (December 2nd, 2013) for pre-order from various Designer Toy retailers for $54.99 apiece. Now the question is… which Reconstructing Misfortune redesign will be produced next?
