N.C. Winters's "A Curious Influence" Solo Art Exhibition at Gallery1988 (West)!

Phenomenal artist and designer N.C. Winters explores the fundamental building blocks of his psyche with "A Curious Influence," a collection of 20 brand new paintings with pop culture themes that influenced Winters somewhere on the path from childhood to adulthood. Opting to focus on captivating and iconic imagery from various movies, cartoons, and video games, Winters made each character wholly his own artistically. In addition to these mounted wood panel works (with a resin finish), Winters has created five print editions of pieces from the show… though with each being limited to 20 or less copies, these are expected to go VERY quickly.

"A Curious Influence" will open on November 16th with a reception from 7-10PM Pacific time and run through November 30th, 2013 at Gallery1988 (West), 7308 Melrose Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90046.
