WTF?!? "Victorbrass The Primocoggler" lacks both cogs and gears?

Within the subculture of Steampunk — a pseudo-Victorian style infused with steam-powered machine sensibility — the term "Primocoggler" indicates a fine artist who makes notable works of decorative art out of cog and gear motifs. So when this cold cast brass mask uses the name "Victorbrass The Primocoggler," you might expect some element of cog and gear designs to be used… but no, none can be seen. The name, taken at face value, is stating that the man who wears this mask — Victorbrass — is the Primocoggler, but even in that instance I would expect some referential markings indicating his talented cog/gear art. While the sculpt is adequate and the painted features minimal, what actually bothers me in this release's description is that the artist describes applying a "weathering" look to the mask, which is not apparent in the least; brass gets a beautiful patina over time which is completely absent here.
