DeeTen's custom "Cursed Idol" LEGO™ figure for 1AM Gallery show!

Standing roughly a full foot tall when placed on it's display stand, DeeTen's amazing custom LEGO™ figure is a true sight to behold. Made for the upcoming "Designing Outside the Lines" group show, which strictly uses the giant LEGO™ figure platform, this piece is entitled "The Cursed Idol," though the only curse I can imagine being attached to it is the knowledge that there is only one of them. Constructed out of plastic, metal, and paper, the faux book housing is sure to please any bibliophile while the overall strange feel will satisfy the mystery archeologist in us all.

"Designing Outside the Lines" will open on April 26th with a reception from 6:30-9:30PM and be available for viewing until May 25th, 2013 at the 1AM Gallery, 1000 Howard St., San Francisco, CA 94103.
