Shadoe Delgado's custom Swanicorn for Daniel Fleres x Dragatomi show!

Sometimes a Daniel Fleres's Swanicorn just needs to grow wings and take flight, though it seems the one that Shadoe Delgado specially bred — "The 3 Eyed 3 Horned Flying Shadow Swanicorn (aka The Hoarder)" — has a taste for Shadowlings, based on the assortment of faceplates at it's feet. Created for the previously announced "The Gathering" group exhibition at Dragatomi, this piece is worth every bit of the "500 wingwangs" being asked for it (which, we believe, is roughly $500). Not only is it gorgeously sculpted and painted, but the extreme rarity of a Swanicorn with dietary (or hunting) habits akin to this one surely makes it even more special.

"The Gathering" opens on March 9th, 2013 with a reception from 6-9PM at Dragatomi, 2317 J St., Sacramento, CA 95816.
