"Gropermunk" - an awesome custom resin 'Groper' figure from Powell Studios!!!

Canadian based artist Angella Powell of Powell Studios has been quietly building up an army of awesome customs under her belt, trickling them out to the public slowly but surely and today we are stoked to be showing off her "Gropermunk" custom resin Groper figure! I am sure that many of you have seen this via social networks over the past month, but we figured, why not feature it... because it's rad! According to Angella "The rare and elusive Gropermunk is a member of the Lanates family, first discovered by Dr. Triplikid a number of years ago. He resided in the deep dark mossy wilds of the Canadian Boreal forests, but when the berries disappear and the snow falls, he relies on the kindness of humans and pleads for shelter… and hopefully an unlimited supply of berries." The Gropermunk stands 7” tall and 4.5” wide and Angella not only painted this little beast up with a flurry of colors, but she added some awesome sculptural pieces to it like the horns, big bushy tail, berries, and a cool wooden stump base... the complete package! This piece is not for sale, however she is working on two more Gropers- a four-legged UniGorn and a Greaver (Groper Beaver) which will be up for sale in her shop HERE very soon, and she is also open to commissions.
